(More customer reviews)This book is extremely straight-forward, and slightly repetitive. It continuously builds off of definitions given in the first few chapters to help reinforce learning. Sometimes the layout of the definitions was confusing, but other than that, this is the best textbook to get if you want a "light read". If you get the workbook that accompanies the textbook, it is also very helpful. However, I would advise you that you will not know everything about medical billing just by reading this book.That comes with on-the-job experience. It is just an introduction to the world of medical billing.
