(More customer reviews)This book was very thorough but slow reading. It made me very wary of dealers and negative on the whole idea buying a new car and doing battle at the dealership. Some of the ideas are dated and many of the "tips" are repeated in CR and other books. If you are considering this book you should consider getting the book; The Complete Internet Car Buying Guide, for 2003. (its' cheaper too.)
