(More customer reviews)I knew nothing about insurance adjusting and this book taught me nothing more. It did not appear to be proofread prior to publication, as there are many grammatical errors. Furthermore, it is just not composed so that someone without knowledge of insurace would understand it. A week later, I bought Principles of Property & Casualty by Bisys and found this to better organized.
