The approximately 400 pages are written in layman's terms that allow for quicker reading and affords a general understanding of the various issues involved in a construction project. However, the footnotes direct the reader to legal sources that provide a substantive basis for the points addressed. The book can easily be read in 1-2 days. The Index serves as an excellent "search engine" for quick reference. The only items lacking were forms.
